Responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining class 8 diesel engine vehicles.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair diesel engines.

2. Repair/replace engine parts as needed.

3. Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire repairs

4. Repair and maintain critical components such as transmission, chassis, cab, axels, suspension, braking system, tires and wheels, fuel system, and electrical system.

5. Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and safe to operate.

6. Keep accurate records of all work performed.

Qualifications:

1 High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience as a Diesel Engine Mechanic.

3. Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

4. Ability to work independently and problem-solve.

5. Certification in diesel mechanics is preferred.

6. CDL is a plus, not a requirement
